ExploreHello and welcome! I am a Clinical Psychologist seeing clients both face to face and online. My mission is to help people heal from difficult experiences, connect with themselves, their bodies and their values, and thrive personally and professionally.
I know how tough life can be, which leads me to want to help others going through similar challenging circumstances. I have dedicated much of my life to learning and training in Clinical Psychology as well as incorporating understandings from Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy.

IFS therapy is definitely the right kind of therapy for me as I often feel very busy and noisy within, sometimes its hard to listen to my needs and organise my thoughts and emotions. This work is not easy and the beginning was uncomfortable trying to sit with difficult emotions but as time moved on I felt myself shift.
