An Experiential Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS)
6-7pm over Zoom

Are you curious about Internal Family Systems (IFS) and how it can deepen your understanding of both yourself and your clients? You’re in the right place.

You will be guided to:

• Understand the foundations of the IFS model and parts work
• Begin identifying and connecting with parts of your own internal system
• Cultivate compassion and curiosity towards your parts, including those that feel stuck, critical, or in pain
• Reflect on how transformation and healing can emerge from within

Crucially: all parts of you are welcome and will be held with warmth and compassion.

This workshop is facilitated by Dr Helen Barrett, Specialist Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex trauma and emotional distress.
